MANISHA & Chris
On A Sandbar
in the Indian ocean
Manisha and Chris created the perfect four day celebration - combining Indian and Chinese tradition on the remote Fari Islands in the middle of the Indian Ocean
We flew halfway across the world to make this incredible party come to life with trusted event partners.

FRIDAY
SANGEET
A Surf shack inspired Sangeet on Fari Islands, Maldives.
Scalloped marigolds with lotus and tuberose strung above and dripping with brass votive lights.

Sangeet
Bowls of floating jasmine, lotus and rose petals playfully displayed with scalloped napkins referencing the marigold pattern overhead.
We ordered flowers directly from India, working with incredible crafts people to make authentic garlands of jasmine and tuberose.
Marigolds strung together like 18th Century tufted walls

Weddings DAy
Saturated tropicals gave way to soft hues of ivory and iridescent creams as wedding day events unfolded.
A custom embroidered lehenga by famed Indian designer Tarun Tahiliani guided our flower selection to iridescent lunaria and shell inspired nerines.
An Ephemeral
Veil
Phoolon Ki Chadar, a floral canopy carried above the bride as she walks down the aisle. A symbol of protection and love for her as she begins her new journey into marriage.
Like lace draped overhead, we strung tuberose and jasmine to create this woven fabric of protection. A piece so special, my team spent hours the day of the wedding taking care of this ephemeral veil.
Manisha & Chris both wore custom sherwanis & lehenga by famed Indian Designer Tarun Tahiliani.
